Santhi George is a seasoned professional in customer success and project management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Customer Success Manager for EMEA at Aravo Solutions, Santhi previously held the position of Client Engagement Director at Worksoft, where the establishment of a new Customer Success function was a key achievement. Santhi's career also includes significant roles at Johnson Matthey as the Testing & Quality Assurance Manager, leading global testing strategies, and at Infosys Technologies as a Senior Consultant, overseeing global releases of major ERP systems. An early career internship at Larsen & Toubro focused on supply chain optimization. Santhi holds an MBA in Operations Management from XIME Bangalore and a Bachelor of Technology in Engineering from the College of Engineering Trivandrum.
