Nathan Cushing

Nathan Cushing is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering, talent acquisition, and partnership development. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Partnerships at the Virginia Alliance for Semiconductor Technology, Nathan is focused on advancing semiconductor innovation in Virginia. As the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Arazo Media since 2019, Nathan emphasizes transparency and integrity in business practices. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at NetCentrics and Senior Systems Engineer at General Dynamics Mission Systems, where Nathan led significant initiatives and collaborations with universities to enhance technical capabilities. Nathan holds a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering from George Mason University and has extensive experience in various engineering roles, from virtualization to property management.
