Martina Cortés

Martina Cortés is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, technology strategy, and education. Currently serving as the Head of Management of Projects and Services at ARBA since August 2024, Martina has previously held significant roles including Project Development Manager at Crosschq and Tech Strategy and Processes Director at the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights in Buenos Aires Province, where responsibilities included overseeing digitalization efforts and managing a team of 20. Additionally, Martina has a strong academic background, having worked as a university professor and teacher assistant, specializing in programming paradigms and technical subjects at various institutions including Universidad Tecnológica Nacional and Instituto Sagrado Corazón.
