Dan Kazachki

Dan Kazachki, Esq., LEED AP, CSI, CCCA, has significant expertise in both law and architecture, holding positions as Owner at Arbat, A Law Corporation since January 2017 and previously at Kazachki Law Firm from June 2009 to January 2017. With over a dozen years in design and construction, Dan assists a variety of stakeholders, including design professionals and developers, with their legal and business requirements. Dan's mediation experience includes over 100 disputes in family matters, debts, and business deals, as well as arbitration in construction disputes with the Better Business Bureau. Prior roles include Project Architect for Mayse & Associates, Inc., Project Manager for BSW International, and various project management roles with Jacobs-Carter & Burgess and HKS. Dan holds a Juris Doctor from Purdue Global Law School and a Graduate Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Southern Methodist University.
