Karine Pinto-Flomenboim

Karine Pinto-Flomenboim has been a Chief Financial Officer for over 10 years. Karine started at TIBA Parking Systems in July of 2019 and was with the company for two years before moving to Arbe in November of 2021. At TIBA, Karine was responsible for the financials of the company as well asLegal and HR. Karine was also involved in all aspects of company M&A activity.

Prior to TIBA, Karine worked at Bio-Nexus as the Chief Financial Officer from December of 2018 to June of 2019.

Before Bio-Nexus, Karine spent 7 years at Caesarstone Ltd. - Corporate, where they were eventually promoted to Head of Corporate FP&A. In this role, they were responsible for the Annual and Quarterly budget forecasting and control, as well as implementation of the ERP Oracle financial system and BI QlikView system. Karine also prepared all Financial statement presentations and P&L commentary for BOD and company CEO.

Karine has a wealth of experience in financial planning and analysis, and has been a key player in all aspects of their previous companies' financial management. Karine is currently the CFO at Arbe.

Karine Pinto-Flomenboim has a Master's degree in Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Relations from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Karine also attended Tchernihovsky High School.

They work with Maya Bar-On - VP, Legal & Company Secretary, Yotam Shefi - VP, Program Management, and Michal Doron - VP, HR. Their manager is Kobi Marenko, CEO.
