Andrew O'Donoghue

Andrew O'Donoghue has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Andrew began their career as the Vice President of Sales and Legal Departments at Ansar Property Group Ltd. from 1989 to 1996. Andrew then co-founded Advance Performance Ltd. in 1997 and served as a Director until 2005. During this time, they focused on developing business vision, values, leadership, and organizational behaviors.

In 2005, O'Donoghue became the President of Advance Performance Inc., where they helped businesses, sports teams, and individuals through change and performance improvement. Andrew was responsible for translating strategic visions into actionable plans and ensuring that all levels of the organization had the right mindset to achieve business goals.

From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Arbella Insurance Group in various roles. Andrew served as the Director of Organizational Effectiveness, providing consultation and coaching to leaders on behavioral and organizational challenges. Andrew also worked closely with the Sales and Marketing team to increase new business sales and customer retention. Later, they became the Assistant Vice President of Sales and Marketing, driving revenue and maintaining strong relationships with the Arbella agency population.

Throughout their career, O'Donoghue has demonstrated expertise in sales, marketing, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.

Andrew O'Donoghue attended the University of Liverpool from 1978 to 1981, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Law. Following this, from 1981 to 1982, they pursued the UK Solicitors Professional Exam at the University of Liverpool to further their knowledge in law.
