Christine Durkee

Christine Durkee, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in compensation and benefits management. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Compensation & Benefits at Arbella Insurance Group. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Compensation & Benefits at BHI Energy.

From 2010 to 2020, Christine worked at BJ's Wholesale Club, where they held the position of VP of Total Rewards & HRIS. Christine Durkee, SHRM-SCP, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Baruch College, which they attended from 1989 to 1993. In addition to their degree, they hold the SHRM-SCP certification, which they obtained in June 2017. Furthermore, Christine has additional certifications as a Certified Wellness Program Manager and a Certified Wellness Program Coordinator, both obtained from WebMD.
