Jamie Pla

Jamie Pla has extensive experience in operations management within the insurance industry, currently serving as Operations Manager for Commercial Lines at Arbella Insurance Group since April 2017. In this role, Jamie oversees new business and endorsement processing for Commercial Auto and Worker's Compensation accounts. Previously, Jamie was a Service Team Manager, leading and developing a team focused on delivering exceptional customer service while managing key performance indicators. Prior to that, Jamie held the position of Team Manager for Personal Lines Operations, successfully leading a team responsible for processing new business, renewals, and endorsements. Jamie's career at Arbella began in July 2010, initially as Operations Lead and Senior Customer Service Representative. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and an Associate's degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from Johnson & Wales University.
