Kim Farrell

Kim Farrell has over three decades of experience in the insurance and technology sectors, currently serving as the Office of COO Program Manager at Arbella Insurance Group since October 1989. In this role, Kim blends business and technical expertise to drive change management, digital capabilities, and process improvements related to new claims and operations initiatives. Previous positions at Arbella include Director of Infrastructure, Director of Project Management and Application Development, Senior Manager roles in Business Systems Development and Agency Interface & Policy Operations, and Agency Interface Manager.
