Matthew Finn

Matthew Finn is a Data Engineer I at Arbella Insurance Group since June 2022, previously serving as a Developer I. Prior experience includes an internship at The Hanover Insurance Group, where Matthew supported the Personal Lines Strategic Initiatives Team and completed two Power BI projects focused on data exploration and visualization for dashboards aiding financial decision-making. Earlier, a Systems Engineer Intern at SEA CORP, Matthew obtained a Secret Security Clearance with the United States Government and conducted extensive testing and research on submarine systems, presenting findings at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center. Matthew holds a Master of Science in Data Science and a Bachelor of Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
