Matthew Hoadley

Matthew Hoadley currently serves as the Womp Romp Trail Race Director since October 2021. At Arbella Insurance Group, where employment began in September 2013, Matthew holds the position of Technical Team Manager in the Subrogation Department, focusing on staff selection, training, and development while ensuring an effective work-life balance. Previous roles at Arbella include Team Manager of the Claim Service Center, responsible for overseeing daily operations and staff performance, and Senior Subrogation Adjuster. Prior to Arbella, Matthew worked at Quincy Mutual Group as a Senior Subrogation Specialist, managing a substantial backlog of subrogation claims. Matthew earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Southern Maine between 1997 and 2002.
