Elizabeth Jay is currently the Director of Customer Experience at Arbicare since July 2022. Prior to this role, Elizabeth was a Guidance Review Director at PRIUM from December 2013 to July 2022. Elizabeth also held various positions at PRIUM including Senior Account Manager and Account Manager. Before that, Elizabeth worked as a Crisis Volunteer at The Cottage- Sexual Assault Center and Children's Advocacy Center from September 2012 to May 2013. Elizabeth obtained their education from The University of Georgia between 2009 and 2013.
