Amy Sadeghzadeh began their career in 2002 as a Helicopter Pilot in the US Navy. Amy then moved on to become a Protocol Officer and Military Liaison Element Department Head. In 2012, they joined the US Navy Reserves as a Naval Aviator. That same year, they began working at The Arbinger Institute as Senior Vice President, Client & Sales Support. Amy also served as Director of the Arbinger’s Federal Government Practice, where their deployments to South East Asia and Afghanistan increased their tactical acumen and understanding of strategic relationships from a headquarters level.
Amy Sadeghzadeh received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy in 2002. Amy also holds three additional certifications: Facilitator - Developing and Implementing an Outward Mindset from The Arbinger Institute in 2014, Facilitator - Core at Work, Implementation at Work, Foundations, and Primer from The Arbinger Institute in 2012, and Facilitator - Arbinger Choice at Work in 2008.
