Arik B.

Arik B. has worked in a variety of roles since 1990. Arik began their career in the Department of Defense as an Operational Manager. In 2008, they became a Senior Consultant at the Arbinger Institute. In 2010, they were a Business Management Consultant at Padilla Cigars. In 2015, they became the Owner and Lead Consultant at LEAP Consulting LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. In 2016, they were the Security Services Director at Veracity Security Solutions. In 2020, they began working for the National Basketball Association (NBA) as a Mental Performance and Mindfulness Coach and Director of Security for the NBA Pro Pathway. As a LEAD coach and mentor, Arik is currently working with NBA coaches, staff, and players, in addition to Senior Executives in the technology, diversified utilities, and agriculture industries. Arik has also been a trusted consultant to the DOD and Law Enforcement Agencies nationwide.

Arik B. began their educational journey in 2009 when they attended the Joint Special Operations University and earned a Joint Special Operations Forces Senior Enlisted Academy in Military Joint Operations Planning and Strategy. In 2012, they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) from Fayetteville Technical Community College. Arik then attended Texas McCombs School of Business in 2013. In 2013, they also earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Excelsior University. In 2014, they completed the Mastering Negotiation Executive Education Program at Harvard Kennedy School.
