Danny Kim, PCC has a wealth of experience in the fields of organizational development, leadership coaching, and private banking. Danny began their career in 1993 as a Senior Vice President at Bank of Hawaii, and was later promoted to Senior Vice President and Private Banking Manager. In 2010, they joined the Board of the Hawaii Hotel & Lodging Association, and in 2015, they joined the Board of the Retail Merchants of Hawaii and the Oahu Country Club. In 2008, they joined the Board of Family Programs Hawaii, and in 2019 they founded The Aloha Living Project. In 2018, they founded The DK Leadership Group and became an Executive Coach for Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching. In 2020, they joined The Arbinger Institute as a Senior Consultant, and in 2023, they joined The Hoffman Institute as a Hoffman Process Teacher & Coach.

Danny Kim, PCC has an extensive educational background. Danny earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from Loyola Marymount University between 1988 and 1992. In 2001, they graduated from the Pacific Coast Banking School Graduate School of Business at the University of Washington. Danny also attended Punahou School. In addition to their academic qualifications, Danny has obtained several certifications. These include Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching in December 2018, Developing & Implementing Outward Mindset, Outward Mindset Skills for Leaders from The Arbinger Institute in 2018, John Maxwell Team - Certified Trainer, Speaker, Coach from the John Maxwell Team in March 2016, and Anthony Robbins Mastery University from Tony Robbins Mastery University in 2016.
