Lance Olsen

Lance Olsen has extensive work experience in the training and employee development sector. Lance began their career in 1999 as a Leadership Sales/Training Advisor at Franklin Covey. In 2002, they joined the State of Utah as a Department Trainer and was later promoted to Workforce Services Supervisor, Assistant Supervisor - Workforce Services Specialist, and Operations Manager. In 2014, they moved to the Utah Department of Workforce Services as the Director of Internal Communication and Employee Development. Most recently, in 2018, they joined The Arbinger Institute as a Senior Consultant.

Lance Olsen obtained a BS Degree in Business Administration from the University of Utah between 2004 and 2008. In September 2021, they earned a Certified Executive Coach certification from the Center for Executive Coaching.
