Mandi Lunt CSM has held various roles in customer service and success since 2004. Mandi began their career as a Display Advertising Executive at The Daily Herald / Lee Enterprises in 2004. In 2005, they took on the role of Correspondence at Advanta Bank Corp. Mandi then moved to Customer Service Manager at Costumecraze.com in 2007, and Contact Center Director at Clear Satellite in 2015. Mandi then worked as a Key Account Manager at YipTel in 2017, and Manager, Customer Success at Broadvoice in 2018. In 2019, they became Manager, Customer Success at Henry Schein One, and in 2021, they were Mid-Market Customer Success Manager at Telnyx. Currently, Mandi is a Senior Client Success Manager at The Arbinger Institute.
