Mike Rener has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Mike started as a Ski Patrol at Sundance Mountain Resort and later served as a Brand Manager at NET Marketing Alliance. Mike then worked as a Sales & Marketing Manager at Interstate Hotels & Resorts before joining The Arbinger Institute, where Mike has held multiple titles such as Client Services Manager, Director of Client Facilitator Development, and Strategic Consultant. Mike is currently serving as the Managing Director in the Corporate Practice division at The Arbinger Institute.
