Muhammad Haroon Shakeel

Muhammad Haroon Shakeel, Ph.D, is an experienced researcher and educator specializing in Deep Learning and Large Language Models for Natural Language Processing (NLP). They have held positions as Assistant Professor at the University of Central Punjab and Forman Christian College, and currently serve as Principal Machine Learning Engineer at AdInteractive Media Inc. in Canada while also holding a position at Arbisoft in Pakistan. Their expertise includes fine-tuning LLMs for paraphrase generation and hate-speech detection. Shakeel earned their Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from Lahore University of Management Sciences.
