Muntasir Rahman

Muntasir Raihan Rahman is a Principal Machine Learning Engineer at Keystone Strategy since February 2024, previously holding the same title at Microsoft from February 2020 to February 2024, where contributions included work on Copilot AI for Microsoft Dynamics and scalable distributed machine learning systems for fraud detection. Muntasir has expertise in machine learning on graphs, federated learning, and distributed infrastructure for deep neural networks, achieving significant improvements in training efficiency. Career experience also includes a role as a Research Scientist at Nokia Bell Labs, a Software Engineer at Microsoft, and various research assistant positions during doctoral studies at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Muntasir holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and degrees from the University of Waterloo and Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology.
