Rehan Aziz

Rehan Aziz is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in team leadership and technical project management. At Arbisoft, Rehan serves as a Senior Staff Engineer and Technical Lead, overseeing two teams and contributing to the Open edX platform using Python Django, Pytest, and React.js. Prior to that, at TkXel, Rehan led a team of nine, focusing on risk management, project estimation, and securing five new projects through pre-sales activities. Experience at Explore Logics IT Solutions involved project planning, stakeholder management, and process improvements through Scrum and Kanban methodologies, as well as mentoring new hires. Rehan began a career as a Software Engineer at Optimageeks, developing CRM systems using various technologies including LAMP and MEAN stacks. Rehan holds a Master of Science in Software Project Management and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.
