Courtney Dycoco has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Courtney started their career in 2016 as an Executive Assistant, Sales Associate, and Makeup Artist for Benefit Cosmetics. In this role, they worked with Sephora and gained experience in the beauty industry.
In 2017, Courtney worked as a Festival Makeup Artist and Retail Sales Associate for The Gypsy Shrine, where they provided makeup services and assisted with retail sales at Topshop and Bloomingdales.
The following year, in 2018, Courtney joined Lemonhead.LA as a Festival Makeup Artist, focusing on creating festival makeup looks for Insomniac events.

Courtney then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Marketing at California State University, Long Beach, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, in February 2016, they obtained a certification in Microsoft Word 2013 Introductory from Pearson.
