Shay Hale

Shay Hale has a diverse work experience in sales and account management roles. Currently, Shay is working as a Senior Strategic Account Executive at Arbitech, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this, Shay worked at TelQuest International as a Senior Strategic Account Manager from June 2018 till April 2023. Before TelQuest, Shay was employed at Netria Corporation for over a decade, starting in 2007 as a Team Lead - Senior Account Executive. In this role, Shay was responsible for nurturing and developing relationships with key accounts and executing account plans that positioned Netria as a strategic IT and non-IT hardware procurement source. Before joining Netria, Shay worked at Direct Capital Corporation as an NBD (New Business Development) employee in 2006, and as a Loan Officer at Castle Point Mortgage from September 2004 to January 2006.

Shay Hale attended Georgia State University Perimeter College from 2002 to 2004, where they earned an ASC degree in Business, IT Networking Management. In terms of additional certifications, Shay obtained the Large Account Management Process (LAMP) certification from Miller Heiman Group (formerly MHI Global) in September 2014. They also received the Employee Of The Month award from Netria Corporation in July 2015 and achieved the Presidents Club recognition from the same institution in January 2013.
