Ivo Telec

Ivo Telec is a highly experienced and respected individual in the field of intellectual property law, civil law, and unfair competition law. Currently serving as the Head of the Intellectual Property Law Centre at Palacký University Olomouc, Ivo has also held various positions such as Professor, Arbitrator, Attorney at Law, and Panelist in domain name disputes. With a background in academia, Ivo has held teaching positions specializing in intellectual property law at Masaryk University. Additionally, Ivo has been involved in various committees, commissions, and expert groups related to civil law and legislative matters within the Czech Ministry of Justice. Their extensive education includes degrees in civil law, law, and visiting researcher programs at reputable institutions.
