Jan Sturm

Jan Sturm is a Partner at HAVEL & PARTNERS, where they co-head the Dispute Resolution Practice, leading the largest team of dispute resolution attorneys in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Jan is also the Head of the IP Litigation Practice and the Head of the Competition Litigation Practice. In addition, Jan serves as Counsel at the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) and as an Arbitrator at the Vienna International Arbitral Centre and the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber and Agricultural Chamber in Prague. Jan has previous experience as a Senior Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and as a Counterterrorism Specialist for High Risk Flights at Czech Airlines. Jan holds a Master's Degree in Law from UCL and Masaryk University Brno.
