Doug Ninow

Doug Ninow is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business process analysis, software quality assurance, and instructional design and training. Currently serving as a Senior Business Process Analyst at Arbitration Forums, Inc. since July 2009, Doug has held various positions including Software Quality Assurance Analyst and Instructional Designer/Trainer. Prior to this role, Doug contributed as a Trainer at The Hartford from 2001 to 2008, and as a Senior Training Specialist at St. Paul Insurance from 1996 to 1999. Doug's career began as a Senior Training Specialist and Structured Settlement Coordinator at USF&G from 1980 to 1998.
