Keith Ralston

Keith Ralston has extensive experience in software development and project management, with a focus on IVR, Contact Center, and Disputes processing systems. In their current role as Senior SQA Automation Analyst at Arbitration Forums, Keith is involved in the analysis and manual test creation for system overhauls and script writing for testing file redaction systems. Prior to this, Keith served as a Software Development Manager at PSCU, where Keith led teams in investigating new systems and upgrades, providing training plans, and advising on the strategic direction of the Applications Development Department.
