Lisa Helpa

Lisa Helpa has extensive experience in the insurance industry, beginning with Travelers Insurance as a Resident Claims Representative from 1989 to 1995, where responsibilities included handling general and auto liability claims in Western and Central Massachusetts. Following this role, Lisa served as a Claims Specialist and later as Claims Supervisor at Arbella Insurance Group from 1995 to 2001, managing multi-line claims and participating in Arbitration Forums. Lisa then worked as a Claims Specialist at Harleysville Insurance from June 2001 to June 2004, progressing to handle large exposure claims as an Auto and General Liability Adjuster across seven states. Since June 2011, Lisa has held the position of Field Arbitration Manager at Arbitration Forums.
