Ana Belén González

Ana Belén González is an experienced community manager and leader in the blockchain space, currently serving at The Arbitrum Foundation since April 2023. Prior to this, Ana co-founded Ethereum México Comunidad and held the position of Community & Ops Lead, where education about Ethereum in Mexico and LATAM was promoted through various initiatives. Additional roles include being a founding member of HER DAO LATAM, leading communications and community efforts, and serving as the Content and Community Lead at Espacio Cripto. With prior experience at BanklessDAO, the Ethereum Foundation, and TokenEngineering Academy, Ana has a strong background in community engagement, marketing, and project management. Before transitioning to the blockchain industry, Ana worked in business development and customer experience within the automotive sector. Ana holds degrees and certifications in International Trade, Marketing, and Customs Operations.
