Leonardo Honório has worked in a variety of roles since 2018. In 2018, they were an Empreendedor in Energias Renováveis at Foto Energy Engenharia e Sistemas Fotovoltaicos. In 2019, they were an Analista de Negócios - PMO at Radix Engenharia e Software. In 2020, they were a Promotor de Produtos at Porto Seguro. In 2021, they were an Agente Local de Inovação - Sebrae/CNPq at CNPq, a Product Owner / Consultor Estratégico em Negócios Digitais at Enable Ventures, and a Product Manager / Product Owner at Nuveo. Leonardo is currently a Product Owner at Arbo.

Leonardo Honório has an extensive education history. Leonardo completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Federal de São João del-Rei (UFSJ) between 2011 and 2017. Leonardo then pursued a Post-Graduation Lato Sensu - Specialization in Business Management from BBI - Business Behavior Institute between 2020 and 2022.
