Luis Paulo (LP)

LP has over ten years of experience in the real estate industry. Luis Paulo began their career in 2011 as an Analyst of System Support at Superlógica Tecnologias, where they provided support to customers and proposed actions for continuous improvement in customer service processes. In 2013, they were promoted to Senior Product Manager, responsible for developing current and new products for the real estate market. In 2014, LP and Ademilson Alves founded F5 Inovações Tecnológicas, a company specializing in the development of financial solutions for the Brazilian real estate market. In 2017, LP was responsible for creating the Owli and Owli Vistoriador apps, which impacted the way real estate companies connect and interact with their customers. In 2018, they were promoted to Senior Manager of Product Management at Owli. Most recently, in 2021, LP was responsible for creating the first Business Process Outsourcing of the Brazilian real estate market at Arbo. In this role, they developed strategies and growth plans for the business, managed and maintained relationships with existing and new customers.

LP has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Systems of Information from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas, which they obtained between 2010 and 2013. In 2018, they completed two Formação EAD courses from Fast MBA, in Gestão de Pessoas com Ênfase em Liderança Organizacional and Empreendedorismo, Negócios e Startups. Luis Paulo is currently pursuing an MBA in Gestão Estratégica e Econômica De Negócios from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
