Yajedah West

Yajedah West currently serves as a Legal and HR Associate at Arbol, beginning in November 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Legal Administrative Assistant at Covington & Burling LLP, where responsibilities involved providing high-level support to litigation and corporate attorneys, managing travel arrangements, and facilitating communication between multiple departments. Yajedah's internship experience at Umande Trust focused on researching climate change impacts and improving online visibility for the organization. Previous roles also include serving as a Food Server at Pizzeria Paradiso, a Prison Watch Intern at American, and a Team Leader and Tutor at DC Reads. Yajedah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law & Society and Environmental Studies from American University and is currently pursuing additional studies in Legal and Environmental Studies at King's College London.
