Andreia Cruz

Andreia Cruz has worked in the recruitment and HR field since 2012. Andreia began their career as a Clinic Psychologist Trainee at Centro Geriátrico Luís Viegas Nascimento, Fundação Bissaya Barreto in 2012. Andreia then moved to Primus Care, Lda. as a Recruiter and Account Manager in 2014. In 2016, they joined Kelly Services as an HR Consultant - BPO. In 2017, they joined Talent Search People as an International Recruitment Coordinator - TSP International | Portugal, and later became an International Recruitment Consultant. In 2021, they became Co-Founder and Recruitment Manager of Your Job Away. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Arbolus Technologies as a Global Talent Acquisition Manager.

Andreia Cruz began their educational journey in 2005 when they attended Escola Secundária Dr. Bernardinho Machado. Andreia then went on to pursue a Degree in Psychological Sciences at Universidade de Coimbra from 2008 to 2011. After that, they completed a Master's degree in Psychogerontologie at Universidade de Coimbra from 2011 to 2013. In 2015, they attended University of Lisbon for a Post-graduation in Human Resources Management. Currently, they are enrolled in ThePower Business School for The Power MBA with specialization in Marketing Digital, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
