Jennifer Orlando joined Arbonne as the Vice President of Field Community in 2019, bringing with her 20 years of sales, marketing and leadership experience. Jennifer’s career has spanned through various roles in the beauty industry with Estée Lauder, Macy’s, Benefit Cosmetics, and most recently Stella & Dot’s EVER Skincare where she consistently brought her expertise to help develop teams and, in turn, grow brands. Jennifer is known for her ability to build strong relationships, maximize strategic thinking to drive sales growth, and develop high performing teams that lead the way in performance results. Jennifer is thrilled to be a part of the Arbonne community because she believes in the pure, safe and beneficial products and she is inspired by the incredible people. In her role as the key liaison between the corporate team and the Field, Jennifer’s “why” is the people. She is passionate about connecting and building valuable relationships with the Independent Consultants, always with the goal to support and empower them to achieve
