NaKisha Baker is an experienced banking professional with a strong background in branch management and customer service. Currently serving as the Branch Manager at Arbor Bank since March 2017, NaKisha ensures adherence to banking regulations while delivering quality service to clients. Previously, NaKisha held the position of AVP Branch Manager at TS Bank, overseeing branch operations and client relations. With experience as a Project Manager at AT&T, supporting Fortune 500 clients, and a Customer Service Manager at Bank of the West, NaKisha possesses a diverse skill set in management, project coordination, and client support. NaKisha began the banking career at Centris Federal Credit Union, progressively rising through various roles. NaKisha holds multiple Associate of Science degrees in Business Administration and Management from Kaplan University, completed between 2011 and 2012.
