Troy Panico

Troy Panico is a skilled professional in biotechnologies with extensive experience in AAV vector production and process development. Currently serving as the Principal Process Development Associate at Arbor Biotechnologies since September 2023, Troy leads the execution of suspension AAV vector production for pre-clinical studies and enhances process efficiencies. Previously, as a Senior Research Associate at Arbor Biotechnologies, Troy supported comprehensive AAV production processes, achieving significant yield improvements. At Oxford Biomedica, Troy focused on enhancing AAV vector productivity through innovative study designs, while earlier roles at Homology Medicines involved plasmid engineering for AAV production. Troy also possesses experience as an academic tutor, providing educational support in STEM subjects. Troy holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from William & Mary.
