Ankita Raje

Ankita Raje is a skilled brewer with extensive experience in the brewing industry. Currently working at Arbor Brewing Company India since December 2022 as a Brewer, Ankita has previously served as an Executive Brewer at Mahou San Miguel from October 2021 to December 2022. Prior to that role, Ankita managed the Growler Station and worked as a Brewer at HAPI Brewing Co. from January 2021 to November 2021, and completed an internship at Goa Brewing Co. in 2019, where training involved all aspects of brewing. Additionally, Ankita held positions as a Quality Control Executive at JDPL, Big Banyan Wines and as a Winemaking Trainee at Sula Vineyards earlier in 2019. Ankita earned a Master’s degree in Wine Brewing and Alcohol Technology from Vasantdada Sugar Institute at Pune University between 2016 and 2018.
