Alissa Schroeder

Alissa Schroeder has a strong background in sales, marketing, and community relations within the senior living industry. Alissa most recently worked as the Community Sales Director at The Arbor Company starting in November 2022. Prior to that, Alissa held multiple roles at Retirement Unlimited Inc from June 2017 to December 2022, including Sr. Director of Sales and Community Relations and Director of Marketing and Community Relations. From June 2015 to June 2017, they served as the Sales and Marketing Director at The Arbor Company. Alissa also has experience at Holiday Retirement, where they worked as a Community Sales Leader from October 2012 to June 2015 and as an Enrichment Coordinator from May 2011 to October 2012.

Alissa Schroeder completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Buffalo State University in the years 2004 to 2006. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Medaille University from 2006 to 2008.
