Francine O'Neill's work experience includes various leadership positions in the healthcare industry. Francine worked at The Arbor Company from 2010 to the present, starting as the Corporate Director of Wellness before being promoted to Vice President of Resident Care and eventually becoming the Senior Vice President of Resident Care. Prior to that, they worked at Mercy Health Services Mercy Medical Center from 2001 to 2003 as the Vice President of Orthopedics & Neurosciences. From 2000 to 2001, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Mercy Health Services Stella Maris. Francine'searliest experience was at Manor Care Health Services, where they worked from 1985 to 1998 as the Vice President of Clinical Services.
