Kate Kloman, LPN, CDCM, CADDCT, CDP is currently working as the Memory Care Nursing Director at The Arbor Company. Kate was previously a Subject Matter Expert at Relias, a Generations Program Director/ Memory Care Director at Integral Senior Living, a Licensed Practical Nurse at Frontier Management, Legacy Healthcare LLC, and a Dementia Care Specialist at Silverado Care. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Minor in Health Education from Northeastern Illinois University, a Practical Nursing License from North Shore College of Healthcare, a Nurse's Assistant Certification from Harper College, and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Harper College. Throughout Kate's career, Kate has actively engaged in providing specialized, person-centered care to residents with dementia.
