Paul Kelley

Paul Kelley has an extensive work experience in the senior living industry. Paul began their career as an Executive Director at HCR ManorCare in 1989, where they stayed until 1999. Following that, they joined Sunrise Senior Living as an Executive Director from 1999 to 2009. Paul then became the Senior Regional Director of Operations at Sunrise Senior Living from 2009 to 2014. In 2014, Paul joined Johns Hopkins Hospital as an Executive Director for a year before moving on to become the Vice President of Operations at The Arbor Company in 2015, where they are currently employed.

Paul Kelley earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Music from Carnegie Mellon University from 1978 to 1982. Paul proceeded to pursue a Master's degree in Choral Conducting at The Catholic University of America from 1983 to 1985.
