Kevin Cotterill

Kevin Cotterill is an experienced mortgage professional, currently serving as a Sr. Loan Officer and Reverse Mortgage Specialist at Arbor Financial Group since January 2023. Prior to this role, Kevin held the position of Sr. Mortgage Advisor at Flagstar Bank from April 2019 to October 2022, and served as Sr. Loan Officer and Mortgage Banker at Provident Bank Mortgage from July 2009 to April 2019. Kevin's extensive career in the mortgage industry began at National City Mortgage, where a tenure from July 1988 to July 2009 included a Sr. Loan Officer role. Kevin also gained early experience as a Jr. Loan Officer at Western Bank Mortgage from 1985 to 1988. Kevin earned a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside, between 1975 and 1977, and completed additional training in Real Estate Finance and Accounting at UC Riverside Extension.
