Tom Maruscsak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and marketing across the spirits industry and financial services. Currently serving as a Reverse Mortgage Professional at Arbor Financial Group since June 2017, Tom focuses on educating consumers and financial professionals about the benefits of Home Equity Conversion Mortgages, emphasizing collaboration for optimal client experiences. Previously, Tom held the position of Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Infinium Spirits, overseeing all sales, marketing, finance, and operations for a $4 billion organization. Tom also served as Vice President of Sales at Diageo, managing sales and marketing for a luxury spirit brand portfolio, and as Vice President of the Western Division for William Grant & Sons, where sales and marketing strategies contributed significantly to corporate sales.
