Traci Stier

Traci Stier is a seasoned mortgage lending professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry, currently serving as a Mortgage Broker at Arbor Financial Group since March 2020. Traci is also a Home Mortgage Lender and founding member of the Orange County Chapter of the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals, committed to promoting sustainable homeownership for veterans. Previous roles include Home Loan Consultant positions at loanDepot, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, and Countrywide Home Loans, where Traci specialized in originating purchase and refinance loans. Traci began their career as a Loan Processor at Western Cities Mortgage Corp.
