Craig Brockman

Craig Brockman currently serves as Division President at Arbor Homes, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Brockman had an extensive tenure at Elite Homes / Arbor Homes, starting in May 2018 and advancing through various positions including VP of Operations and Director of Construction. Previous experiences encompass a Project Manager role at Ryan Homes and a Project Manager position at Odom Industries, where responsibilities included project material procurement and planning services. Additionally, Brockman worked at P&G in Technical Services, managing product testing and shipments, and began a career at Drees Homes as an Estimator and in punch-out operations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and an Associate of Applied Science in Construction Technology from Northern Kentucky University, as well as an Associate of Applied Science in Civil Engineering and Technology from Cincinnati State.
