Mark Castelli

Mark Castelli is an experienced information technology leader with a strong background in enhancing user experience and managing IT operations. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at Arbor Homes since June 2024, Castelli previously held roles such as Sr. Director of End User Experience at OneAmerica, where responsibilities included improving IT satisfaction and productivity. Castelli's experience also encompasses positions as Vice President of Information Technology at Thompson Thrift, Director of Managed Services at Moser Consulting, and various leadership roles at enVista, Communications Products, Inc., and the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies. Castelli possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
