Kelsey Winter

Kelsey Winter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations and administration. Currently serving as a Business Operations Specialist at Arbor Hospice since September 2021, Kelsey has excelled in maintaining high production levels, training new hires, and developing written processes to uphold quality standards. Concurrently, Kelsey has worked as an Office Administrator at Everwell Integrative Health and Counseling Services since March 2020, supporting a team of therapists and managing client logistics and insurance claims. Previously, Kelsey spent over six years at Grace Church as a Pastoral Assistant & Family Administrator, where responsibilities included supervising a large volunteer team and coordinating children's learning experiences. Kelsey's career commenced at TD Bank, where a progression to Senior Customer Service Representative and Head Teller was achieved while pursuing training for branch management. Kelsey holds a Bachelor's degree in History Teacher Education from Messiah University.
