Arbor Mediation | Strengthening Governance. Preserving Relationships. Protecting Legacy.

Arbor Mediation helps families of significant wealth, family offices, and family businesses resolve and prevent conflict with discretion and clarity.

Founded by Christine Losty and Jane Monahan, Arbor Mediation brings together deep expertise in law, private wealth management, mediation, and cross-border family governance. With decades of experience advising international families across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, and Asia, we support clients through sensitive transitions and complex disputes — protecting what matters most: relationships, reputation, and legacy.

◆ OUR EXPERTISE
Our work is proactive, confidential, and grounded in empathy, with a focus on:
• Family Offices — supporting generational transitions and governance alignment
• Trust & Estate Matters — resolving disputes between beneficiaries and trustees
• Family Businesses — strengthening communication, leadership, and strategic governance

We work in partnership with families and their advisors to design frameworks that sustain unity, enhance governance, and ensure continuity across generations.
Arbor Mediation — where relationships, reputation, and legacy endure.
