Alfredo Zullo

Alfredo Zullo currently serves as Senior Vice President at Arbor Realty Trust, beginning in October 2023. Prior to this role, Alfredo held the position of Construction Risk Management at Capital One from January 2022 to October 2023. Alfredo’s experience includes over eight years as Managing Director at Union Bank, where the focus was on operations, strategy, reporting, and underwriting for a $10 billion institutional real estate loan portfolio. Alfredo also spent nearly a decade as Senior Director at PB Capital, overseeing real estate loan servicing and construction loan structuring, and was instrumental in establishing a dedicated construction loan management team. Earlier in Alfredo's career, a role as Director at Hypo Real Estate Capital Corp was also held. Educational credentials include a BS in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
