David Ohana

David Ohana is currently the Director of Multifamily Loan Origination in Arbor Realty Trust. David has a passion for connecting with people and creating genuine relationships in commercial real estate lending. David has experience in various financing options such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA Multifamily, Bridge Loans, Single-Family Rental Portfolio Financing, and Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities. Prior to their current position, David served as the Vice President of Debt and Equity Capital Markets at Haves, Pine and Seligman from October 2016 to May 2020. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Yeshiva University.
